Spring 2026 Tune-Up Special: Annual Garage Door Inspection at Off-Season Pricing
Book your annual 20-point garage door tune-up before the May spring rush in NWA. Limited availability for Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, and Bentonville.
By Robert Bell · March 10, 2026
We’re booking spring tune-ups now for April 2026 across Northwest Arkansas. If you’ve been putting off your annual garage door inspection, this is the window to get it done before our May calendar fills up with new-install jobs and the pollen settles for the year.
Here’s what the spring special covers, who it’s for, and how to book.
What’s Included
Our standard 20-point garage door maintenance inspection. Springs, cables, drums, rollers, hinges, tracks, brackets, fasteners, safety sensors, opener function and force settings, weather seal, balance test, and a written report. Plus full lubrication of all moving parts with cold-weather silicone (still relevant in NWA’s early spring temperature swings), hardware tightening, and minor adjustments included.
If we find anything that needs work beyond the standard tune-up — a worn cable, a weak spring, a failed sensor — we tell you the price up front and let you decide whether to handle it during the same visit or schedule a follow-up.
Who This Is For
Homeowners who haven’t had a tune-up in 12+ months. This is the cohort that’s most likely to hit a surprise failure during the May to July busy season. A 90-minute inspection now catches the problems before they become emergencies.
Homes with springs approaching cycle life. If your home is 6+ years old and on the original springs, the spring cycle count is likely in the 80-90% range. Spring tune-ups catch the wear before failure and give you the option to upgrade to 25,000-cycle springs proactively.
Property managers running portfolio maintenance. We have semi-annual programs for Bella Vista POA, Pinnacle Hills, and several Centerton subdivisions. If you manage 10+ doors and want standardized inspection paperwork, call us.
Anyone planning to sell in 2026. A well-maintained garage door with a documented service history reads better to buyers and home inspectors than a door that’s been ignored.
Availability
We’re booking 8 AM to 4 PM weekday slots and limited Saturday morning slots through April 2026. Inside Fayetteville, we can usually do a tune-up within 5 to 10 business days of your call. Bentonville, Rogers, Bella Vista, and Centerton typically book 1 to 2 weeks out. Same-day calls are reserved for emergencies, not scheduled maintenance.
How to Book
Call (479) 469-8829 — Robert answers most calls personally. Or submit the contact form on our website with “Spring tune-up” in the message and we’ll call to schedule.
When you call, please have ready:
- Your address (so we can confirm service area and route)
- Approximate age of your garage door
- Door size (single or double car)
- Any specific concerns (noisy operation, slow door, sensor problems)
That information lets us give you an accurate service window and stock the truck with the right parts in case minor work comes up.
After the Tune-Up
You’ll get a written report by email summarizing what we checked, what condition each major component is in, and any recommended work with itemized pricing. No pressure to schedule the additional work on the spot — we’d rather you think it over and book a proper service visit if you want to move forward.
The whole tune-up takes 60 to 90 minutes for a single door, 90 to 120 minutes for a double. Most NWA homes only need annual service; high-cycle households (5+ kids, multiple drivers, home-based work) benefit from semi-annual visits.
Why Spring Tune-Ups Specifically
Two reasons. First, NWA pollen season ends in mid-to-late April depending on the year. By the time we lubricate moving parts, the worst of the pollen has settled, so contamination of the lubricant is minimized.
Second, May through July is when we run hardest on installations — new doors for sellers prepping their homes for listing, commercial roller-door work, and a surge of opener replacements as people get serious about their wishlists. Booking your inspection in March or April means we have the calendar space to do it right without rushing.
