Terms of Service
Last updated: May 17, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Garage Doors of Fayetteville website and the services we provide. By booking a service or using this site, you agree to these terms.
Service Agreement
Every job starts with a free on-site diagnostic. We give you a written estimate before any work begins. The price we quote is the price you pay — we don't add unexpected charges after the work is done. If something changes mid-job (a hidden second broken part, for example), we pause, explain, and get your approval before continuing.
Services Offered
- Garage door installation (residential and light commercial)
- Garage door opener repair and service (chain, belt, screw drive, jackshaft)
- Emergency garage door repair (after-hours dispatch available)
- Broken spring repair and replacement (torsion and extension)
- Bent panel and off-track door repair
- Composite overlay, glass, and roller garage door installation
- Annual maintenance and 20-point safety inspection
Pricing and Payment
All estimates are free. Payment is due on completion of the service unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. We accept cash, credit card, debit card, and check. There's a modest after-hours surcharge for genuine emergencies, but we never charge for the diagnostic visit itself.
Warranty
We offer a parts and labor warranty on repairs and installations. Specific terms depend on the component and are included with your invoice. High-cycle springs and quality opener brands carry their own manufacturer warranties on top of ours. Warranty doesn't cover damage from misuse, vehicle impact, storm damage, or work performed by another company after our visit.
Cancellation
You can cancel or reschedule a service appointment by phone with at least 2 hours' notice and no fee. For emergency dispatch outside standard hours, a small dispatch fee may apply if the technician has already left the shop.
Safety Notice
Garage door springs and cables store significant energy and can cause serious injury if mishandled. We strongly recommend professional service for any spring, cable, or panel work. Attempting DIY spring repair voids our warranty on any subsequent professional work we perform.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any service is limited to the cost of the service itself. We carry full liability insurance for damage caused during our work. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost time, or consequential losses.
